The front of the villa has a large covered terrace with entrance to the semi-open kitchen, equipped with a five-burner stove, a dishwasher, a microwave and an American refrigerator. From the kitchen you walk through to the large living room with sitting area and fireplace, TV, French doors to the terrace overlooking the bay of Saint-Tropez and a dining table for 10 people. In the hallway there are four bedrooms, two with two single beds, one bedroom with double bed and a children's room with bunk beds and crib. The first bathroom has two sinks and a bathtub with shower and the second bathroom a sink and shower. There is also a washing machine and a separate WC. The entire nature house is ground floor with a few steps in the hallway. There are also two apartments at the back of the house.

The property is located in the hills of the picturesque wine village of Le Plan-de-la-Tour and has a total area of five hectares. The estate is located on the edge of Le Massif des Maures, a large protected nature reserve whose hills overlook the azure Mediterranean Sea. Around the house and both apartments, one hectare is completely fenced. You have access to a large heated swimming pool (14 x 5 meters) with sun beds.
