The nature house is very comfortable and cozy and there are many books and games available. The house, grounds and pool are exclusive to the tenants; there are no shared facilities. There are 3 bedrooms (one is small, the other two are large) each with a double bed. There are 2 bathrooms and 1 additional toilet. In 2 of the bedrooms there is air conditioning, in the other bedroom there is a fan. The nature house is a short 10-minute walk from the village square. In the village there are stores, cafes, terraces and restaurants.
Nature and surroundings
The pool is located, somewhat lower than the house itself, in the fairytale garden of 4000 m². Around the pool, maintained mainly with salt, are olive and lemon trees. The view is beautiful throughout; you look down on the Sibillini, the foothills of the Apennines. There is an abundance of fragrant herbs. In the area around the house you can see deer, squirrels, porcupines and wild boars. At night you can romantically illuminate the garden with LED lights placed along the paths. The nature of this part of the Marche is truly magnificent, an unspoiled hilly landscape with a medieval village on each peak, Sant' Angelo in Pontano being one of them. Both the sea and the mountains are half an hour away. From the village you can take a beautiful forest walk to the source of San Nicola, a special place in the middle of the forest.
