A spacious cozy nature house with fiber optic WIFI. Sustainable with hybrid heat pump, heat pump boiler and solar panels. The entrance is behind large bay doors. Spacious kitchen, sitting area and views of arable fields. On the ground floor a bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a box bed for children (1.60 by 1.90). Out with friends? Ideal because of 2 bathrooms, so plenty of privacy. On the 1st floor a large bedroom of 25 m2 for 4 persons. Dogs are welcome. Therefore, the setting off of fireworks on New Year's Eve is not allowed. We have 3 nature houses in the farm for 4, 6 and 8 people and 6 sleeping cabins for 2 people on our campsite with 4 tent pitches, so do you want to come with family or friends? You can. This cottage has a screened terrace at the front. You use the park-like garden behind the farmhouse for relaxing in the sun. There are parking spaces at the front of the farmhouse. In summer, the grassy path along the apartment is the walking route for campers.
Nature and surroundings
The surroundings are very surprising. Stream valleys, slightly undulating, winding rivers, forest, many nature reserves and lots of walking, cycling and canoeing opportunities (including with the dog!). They also call this area the Drenthe of Groningen or the pearl of Westerwolde. Also a large mountain bike network and many attractions. In the vicinity is also a tropical swimming pool, a possibility for water skiing and wakeboarding, various museums, monasteries and a castle in Wedde, the fortified town of Bourtange, seal spotting in Fiemel, watching a cruise ship being built in Papenburg, Germany, shopping in Leer or the city of Groningen, day German Wadden Island Borkum, a fairytale forest in Ter Apel or a dinosaur park in Wedde, the zoo in Emmen ... all within about half an hour. Het was een heerlijk verblijf
Wat een lekker huis. Wijn hebben genoten. Bedden lagen lekker, genoeg bestek en serviesgoed. Gezellig ingericht. En het voelde er als een thuis. Super fijne voorkerst gehad met al mijn kinderen. Dank jullie wel!

Mooie boerderij met fijn uitzicht. goede bedeen, prima douche en gezellige kamer met genoeg stoelen, banken en supergrote tafel om leuke bordspellen aan te doen of lekker te eten.

Compleet huis, zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaar!
Het huis ligt prachtig tussen de bomen met weidse uitzichten over de akkerlanden. Vanuit het huis direct een mooie wandeling door de natuur gemaakt!
