Nature house in Villapourçon

A nature house in the middle of the quiet nature of Parc Naturel du Morvan. From the cottage, (partially covered) terraces and garden you have beautiful views of the surrounding wooded hills and the stream the Dragne.The living room with open kitchen has a rustic, intimate atmosphere thanks to the beamed ceiling and the modern wood stove after an old model and is spacious enough to get through a rainy day comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped for cooks. Bathroom with spacious shower, sink and toilet. Both bedrooms have lovely box-spring beds. The gite is surrounded by a large child and animal-friendly garden with flowers, lawn, fruit trees, walnut trees and picnic table. Behind the gite begins a footpath to a bridge over the lovely river. Next to the bridge is a mini-beach, ideal for paddling or catching small fish/crayfish. Smoking is only allowed outside or on the covered terrace. WiFi is free, as are calls to landlines in Europe. Of course, there is a barbecue. Nearby Nevers, Autun, Moulins Engilbert, Onlay, Luzy, Chateau Chinon, Honoré-les-bains and Préporché.

Surrounding the gite is a garden, which can be enclosed. In the garden there are fruit trees, nut trees and small fruits. Chickens are further away in the garden, while at the end of the garden, in the adjacent meadow, the two domestic horses are grazing. At the end of the meadow, far from the nature house, are beehives to provide their own honey.Behind the gite, a footpath goes down into the valley. After about 100 meters you come to the little river Dragne. Forests for hiking are all around. Fishing is good throughout the Morvan. A fishing lake is 10 kilometers away. In the Morvan are stables where you as a novice or advanced rider can make trips. And of course cycling, with a good gear bike, is ideal. The nature house is 750 kilometers from The Hague. Stores and supermarkets are about 10 kilometers away. Upon arrival there is a welcome package ready, including a delicious bottle of wine and some other surprises.
