Nature house in Falkenstein

This Nature house is located in a nature reserve. On the upper floor, entrance from the forest path, there is a WC, a bedroom with double bed and the large living/kitchen room. An open fireplace with a cozy couch corner, a small kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher. An espresso machine, kettle and toaster round off the complete equipment. The dining area is located by a window with a view of the garden. In the basement there is a hallway, a bathroom with shower and WC, a bedroom with two single beds and a room with access to the terrace with an infrared sauna. I chose this sauna because it uses very little electricity and is much better for your health than a Finnish sauna. There is also a wood-burning stove in the bedroom, but it gets so warm that it is not used very often. The house is heated by gas central heating, as is the hot water. Thus we have a possibility for all to heat the house according to your wishes. Wifi is available throughout the house

The plot covers 1000 square meters fenced. It is a hillside location with two levels, a stream and nature. The terrace is covered, 20 square meters large with a charcoal grill and benches and table equipped.the ideal place to spend your day outside. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the nature reserve without being seen from outside, except for a small area.
