The farm is uniquely situated in the valley of the Ruiten Aa, southeastern Groningen. On the edge of the farmyard stands this mobile home/tiny house. There is a private garden with a beautiful unobstructed view across the meadows to the adjacent nature reserve. Next to and opposite the pipowagen graze the Drentse Heideschapen. This compact nature house is equipped with all conveniences. The sanitary facilities are a short walk away and are shared with the other mobile homes. The barn has been converted into a cosy breakfast room with wood stove. Enjoy the beautiful views and sunsets in your garden with fire basket and barbecue. How nice it is to enjoy the serenity with a delicious glass of wine! You will also marvel at the number of stars on a clear night. The farm is only in hobby use. There are sheep (about 20 head), chickens, two ponies and three cats.
Nature and surroundings
Enjoy the natural beauty of Westerwolde; the surprising coulisse landscape, with forests and farmlands. There are several hiking trails, the Westerwoldepad runs along the B&B. Far away from the hectic you will find endless peace and space. This unique region is also called the Drenthe of Groningen. The silence is audible here. Hiking, biking, canoeing, horseback riding or mountain biking? Enjoy a day in Grongingen town? Everything is possible. And of course, at the end of the day you don't want to go home yet.
