This nature house can accommodate up to four people and is situated in a truly unique location right on the water. It feels like your own “resort,” with several seating areas right on the south bank of the Vecht. The indoor wood-fired Finnish sauna is fully equipped. You can walk through the garden straight into the waters of the Vecht to cool off! There are two bedrooms, and a shower and toilet. One bedroom features a double box-spring bed and a sink with a mirror. The other bedroom has two 90-cm single beds. There is a well-equipped kitchen. In the summer, motorboats and rowboats pass by. In winter, the water becomes quiet. You can explore this beautiful natural setting using the kayak waiting for you in the garden (60 per stay, if used). The house is located in a forest along the Vecht River, called the Nierveer. Cleaning fees (60,-) will be deducted from the security deposit. Outside, there is a fire pit with our large wood stove. Use of the 3-person kayak is free.

We came here purely to fish, but ended up getting so much more. At times, we caught a lot of fish, but we were surprised by how peaceful this beautiful spot was. Every now and then, you could hear a train passing by, but other than that—what an incredibly beautiful and peaceful place this is! It’s exactly what we were looking for.
