Nature house in Saint Jean de Duras

Welcome to Simply Canvas Farm, a small vacation property nestled in nature on 5 acres of land. Located on the edge of the Dordogne and Lot et Garonne. The stone B&B house or gite at Simply Canvas Farm is as idyllic as you can get. Built with the beautiful stones from our region and beautiful details. There is a nice living room with small kitchen (fridge, two burner stove). A staircase leads you to the mezzanine bedroom, a beautiful large room with a second small sitting area. Furthermore, downstairs there is another bedroom for two children and a large bathroom with shower and toilet. The house is 75m2, so it has ample space for a wonderful vacation for two or the whole family. Outside around the corner you have your own private garden with dining area and unobstructed views over the fields. Lovely as a summer house and in the early and late season also as a B&B to book for a few nights. The pool is nearby, there are lovely hammocks to swing in.

There are ten accommodations spread across the country. Nature is central to us, along with (H)honest food and our land is arranged according to permaculture principles and food farming techniques, we even make our own blossom remedies from plants and flowers. Of course there is a large fenced swimming pool. Our place is located near Bergerac, Eymet and Duras on the edge of Lot et Garonne and Dordogne in SW France. There are hammocks everywhere and beautiful views all around. You can hike nearby, go to nice farmers markets, wine tasting, good food. But don't forget to have dinner with us. We are famous for our delicious meals full of organic and/or local products with edible flowers from our own garden. Nearby there are lots of fun things to do such as canoeing, climbing in the climbing park, a real play castle and in the summer there are nice village festivals with lots of food and music.
