This nature house sleeps four people and is located on two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a separate kitchen and French doors to the garden. On the second floor are two double bedrooms with two bathrooms. Also, this apartment has beautiful views of the hills. The garden surrounding the apartment has a garden set with parasol. As a guest, you have exclusive use of the park, the forest and the communal pool. The beautifully situated swimming pool, seven by fourteen meters in size, has a modern system with salt hydrolysis and is therefore chlorine-free. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden and fully fenced. For each apartment there are private beach beds and an umbrella. From the pool there is a beautiful view of the castle of Gradara. The forest that is part of the park and located on the estate offers the opportunity for a wonderful walk or for finding a place to read a book or drink a glass of wine in peace.

The estate and nature house are located in a private forest of three hectares, in the middle of the protected natural area of Monte San Bartolo in the north of the Marche region. A combination of coast, hills and unspoiled nature. It is a hilly, wooded area at an altitude of 170 meters on the Adriatic Sea and close to medieval towns, fortresses and castles.
