Nature house in Jijona

If you are looking for a paradise to stay, with the most beautiful views and an incredible location in the middle of an oasis of peace, this is absolutely the cottage you are looking for! We completely fell in love with the beautiful surroundings. The cottage is all alone on a mountain, which really makes you completely unwind. We had a few colder evenings, which we have spent cozy by the fireplace - so nice! The house really has everything: a beautiful pool surrounded by nature, beautiful walks, cozy evenings by the fireplace when it's chilly, and the sea is only a half hour drive away. In addition, Carola has decorated everything very tastefully and with great care, making you feel right at home. Thank you, Carola, for this wonderful place and for the warm welcome from Claudia. We enjoyed it very much and would love to come back again!

Als je op zoek bent naar een paradijs om te verblijven, met de prachtigste uitzichten en een ongelooflijk mooie ligging midden in een oase van rust, dan is dit absoluut het huisje dat je zoekt!

Wij zijn helemaal verliefd geworden op de prachtige omgeving. Het huisje ligt helemaal alleen op een berg, waardoor je echt volledig tot rust komt. We hadden een paar koudere avonden, die we gezellig hebben doorgebracht aan de open haard — zo fijn!

Het huisje heeft werkelijk alles: een prachtig zwembad midden in de natuur, mooie wandelmogelijkheden, gezellige avonden bij het haardvuur wanneer het wat frisser is, én de zee ligt op slechts een halfuurtje rijden.

Daarnaast heeft Carola alles ontzettend sfeervol en met veel zorg ingericht, waardoor je je er meteen thuis voelt. Je merkt echt aan alles hoeveel aandacht en liefde er in deze plek zit.

Dankjewel, Carola, voor deze heerlijke plek en voor de warme ontvangst van Claudia. We hebben enorm genoten en komen heel graag nog eens terug!

The location of the cottage is truly sublime! So incredibly beautiful located on a mountain with the most amazing views! It is completely alone so you really come to rest! Far away from everything and completely in nature ... an absolute must!

De ligging van het huisje is echt subliem! Zo ongelofelijk mooi gelegen op een berg met de meest waanzinnige uitzichten! Het ligt er helemaal alleen waardoor je er echt tot rust komt! Ver weg van alles en helemaal in de natuur.. een absolute aanrader!!

A hidden gem, really!

Een hidden gem, echt waar!

Real peace still exists, here on the mountain with sea view, wonderfully away from the world, what a great place! We stayed there for two weeks in July and enjoyed the infinity pool every day where we stayed for a whole day. Breakfast and lunch by the pool (supermarkets a 30' drive away) and in the late afternoon we went to charming Villajoyosa, to Altea or to Playa Muchavista. There is plenty to do in this beautiful area but we went for the blissful peace and nature.Carola is the really perfect hostess, very discreet and with a big heart for her beautiful nature domain.The house is nice and fresh as it is an old finca with small windows and at night it cools down a bit.
Perfectly furnished and also very nice that you can grind your own coffee and make delicious coffees with a real expresso machine. Water filter too! There are many shade sails, also at and over the pool which is really ideal. And you have the pool all to yourself.Really a very nice place, do!

Echte rust bestaat nog, hier op de berg met zeezicht, heerlijk weg van de wereld, wat een geweldige plek!

We bleven er twee weken in Juli en genoten elke dag van de infinity pool waar we een hele dag bleven hangen. Ontbijt en lunch aan het zwembad (supermarkten op 30’ rijden) en in de late namiddag gingen we naar het charmante Villajoyosa, naar Altea of naar Playa Muchavista. Er is van alles te doen in deze mooie streek maar wij
gingen voor de zalige rust en de natuur.

Carola is de echt perfecte gastvrouw, heel discreet en met een groot hart voor haar prachtige natuurdomein.

Het huis is lekker fris want het is een oude finca met kleine ramen en ‘s nachts koelt het een beetje af.
Perfect ingericht en ook heel leuk dat je zelf je koffie kan malen en heerlijke koffies kan maken met een echte expressomachine.
Waterfilter ook!

Er zijn veel schaduwzeilen, ook aan en over het zwembad wat echt ideaal is.
En je hebt het zwembad helemaal voor jezelf.

Echt een heel mooie plek, doen!

House itself is an old finca. Nicely furnished. Layout rather illogical. For the toilet you had to go up and down several stairs. If you have mobility problems it is not convenient here. Kitchen is also on second floor. Otherwise it is beautiful. Swimming pool is insanely beautiful and large enough. We were with two people. House is indicated for 4 to 5 people. Second double bed is in large living room and single sofa bed also.

Huis zelf is een oude finca. Mooi ingericht. Indeling nogal onlogisch. Voor het toilet moest je een aantal trappen op en af. Als je slecht ter been bent is het niet handig hier. Keuken is ook op eerste verdieping. Verder is het prachtig. Zwembad is waanzinnig mooi gelegen en groot genoeg. Wij waren met twee personen. Huis staat aangegeven voor 4 a 5 personen. Tweede dubbelbed is in grote woonkamer en een eenpersoons bedbank ook.

It is a fantastic area with beautiful views and absolute peace and quiet. Sometimes a lot of wind because you are in a valley. We were here in August and it had not rained for 9 months. Which is bad for nature but also gave a beautiful landscape.

Het is een fantastische omgeving met prachtig uitzicht en absolute rust. Soms veel wind doordat je in een vallei zit. Wij waren hier in augustus en het had al 9 maanden niet geregend. Wat slecht is voor de natuur maar ook een prachtig landschap gaf.
