A large ecological nature house, designed by the landlord (architect), located on a property of 6.5 hectares of olive groves and forests. The house was built under eco-criteria and is off-grid, so it depends on its own photovoltaic system. It is the perfect place for two families or for a large family to enjoy. There is a newly built natural swimming pool with a plant filtration system or you can go down to the Susia River, just below the house, to swim in beautiful surroundings. Enjoy the peace and quiet of this house in its natural setting 500 meters from the village of Samitier, easily reached by a footpath. The house is accessible via a private driveway from the road. The house has a magnificent view of the Sierra de Guara, which you can admire from the terrace. The house has three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds) and an upstairs living room with a double bed.

The nature house is located on 6.5 acres of private land south of Ainsa, a 10-minute drive away. The central Pyrenean mountain range can be admired from the house and the Ordessa Monte Perdido National Park is easily accessible for day trips. The Sierra de Guara Natural Park is also within reach, as well as the Canyon de Añisclo and other iconic valleys of the Pyrenees. Just above the village of Samitier is the castle and chapel of Santa Waldesca, a 45-minute hike uphill, where you can enjoy some of the best views of the Pyrenees and with a good chance of seeing some of the birds of prey in the area. Down by the house you can bathe in the Susia River with its beautiful rock formations and quiet, natural swimming spot.
