This newly built house is located near Inca and offers enough space for 4 people for a carefree holiday. On the upper floor of the house is the living-dining room with open, fully equipped kitchen and a shower room. From the living room you have access to the furnished terrace and from there a few steps down to the salt water pool, which invites you to take a dip in the cool water during the hot summer months. Of course, there are enough sun loungers available for you to relax with a good book. The pool area can be secured in a child-friendly way. On the lower floor of the house are the two double bedrooms, each with an en suite shower room. The bedrooms have air conditioning (electricity is charged extra at 0.75 euros/kwh).
