On one of the most beautiful "belvédères" of the Vercors, this beautifully renovated farmhouse is situated on a plot of 6000 m². The nature house is 150 meters above the village of Rencurel (300 inhabitants), on the edge of the forest "Les Coulmes" (16000 hectares of untouched nature). The house is 950 meters high and has a full southern exposure. The sun is present early until late at night. The house is equipped with every comfort. Around the house is a beautiful, large garden with stone walls and a sea of flowers. You immediately feel at home in this lovely little farmhouse of 130 m². Very well-equipped kitchen with breathtaking views, cozy living room with century-old beams, underfloor heating and wood stove (wood is included in the price), four large bedrooms, office, two bathrooms (one with a six-person sauna), three separate WCs, hallway (playroom), laundry room, covered terrace and large garden on a private property of 6000 m² with no fish to fish. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, children can play there without danger (bikes, roller skates). The house can accommodate eight people.

The Vercors is a massif in the pre-Alps between Valence and Grenoble. The Vercors mountain range is a veritable citadel of limestone that lies at an altitude of 1000 to 2300 meters. It was not until 1825 that the first roads were built. The Vercors still has few access roads. The landscapes are alternately wild, grandiose with deep gorges, caves, ravines, steep cliffs, high plateaus, green valleys, mountain meadows, forests, a rich fauna and flora.... There are very impressive routes, such as Les Gorges de la Bourne, Combe Laval, Les Grands Goulets, Les Ecouges.... The village of Rencurel (Isère) is located in the middle of Les Gorges de la Bourne, between Villard de Lans and Pont en Royans, and is ideally situated to explore both the North and South Vercors. The GR9 runs through the hamlet of Les Glénats and you can make beautiful walks or explore nature directly from the house with snowshoes. The ski slopes of Villard de Lans/Corrençon are 20 minutes by car from Rencurel through the beautiful Gorges de la Bourne. There is a small family ski resort on the Col de Romeyère four kilometers from the nature house. Villard de Lans is also a great place for shopping and groceries.
