The cozy nature house is located in the landlords' yard, in the orchard, overlooking the pony pasture. Little owls nest in the walnut tree next to the cottage. The cottage has a sitting-bedroom with TV and a kitchenette with gas hob and refrigerator. The walls are finished with clay. There is also a hall and a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. The cottage has WiFi and a TV. Outside you have two terraces at your disposal and, of course, the orchard, so you can always choose sun or shade. Although the cottage is close to the main house, you are completely surrounded by greenery.
Nature and surroundings
The cottage is close to the famous Vorden estates and to the largest forest in the Achterhoek: the Great Field. There are many dirt roads and cycling and walking routes; the Pieterpad passes by the door. A beautiful environment for walking, cycling or horseback riding/riding. The cozy village of Vorden is one kilometer away, the train station even closer. In Vorden there are several places to eat, from simple to chic. The old towns of Zutphen and Lochem are about 10 kilometers away, and the museums of Gorssel and Ruurlo are also nearby. The landlord knows the nature and sights of the area and will be happy to advise you.
