In summer, the private pool offers cooling on hot days, and for extra wellness you can book an exclusive half-day sauna on site - wood-fired or electric/infrared - for €35. If you want to pamper yourself even more, breakfast can also be provided. This nature house is an ideal base for nature lovers who want to relax, recharge and completely unwind in space, silence and the real outdoors.
Nature and surroundings
The surroundings of nature house Lovenem is a paradise for nature lovers. From the cottage you are immediately on the hiking and biking trails of the Veluwe. Via the junction routes you can cycle into National Park Veluwezoom, with heathland, forests and lookouts where you can spot red deer, roe deer, wild boar and highlanders. Also during an evening walk around Leuvenheim you often see deer, hares and sometimes a kingfisher. Nearby are beautiful estates such as De Wildbaan, Den Bosch and Leusveld. A little further away you will find the Cortenoeverse floodplain, perfect for a walk on dikes and paths; outside the breeding season the Laarzenpad runs right through the nature reserve here. Cross the IJssel at Brummen and discover Bronkhorst, the smallest town in the Netherlands. Or visit the atmospheric Hanseatic cities of Zutphen and Doesburg. With De Hoge Veluwe, the Kröller-Müller Museum, Museum MORE and Het Loo Palace nearby, this nature house is the ideal starting point for your journey of discovery.
