Nature house in Epe

This spacious family house is the (completely separate) half of a monumental (residential) farm from 1734 located on the estate Tongeren, which lies between Epe and Nunspeet. The house is fully equipped, including underfloor heating, washing machine, television and WiFi. The large living room has a wood stove, a closet full of games and a play corner for children. The open kitchen has an induction hob, electric oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Also on the ground floor are a spacious bedroom with double bed (extra long) and a large bathroom with toilet, double sink, bathtub and walk-in shower. On the second floor are a loft with a closet full of books (including children's books) and two bedrooms: a single room and a double room (single beds, extra long). A crib and high chair can be added. The farm is surrounded by a large garden and meadows. The house has two terraces: one for the morning and one for the afternoon and evening sun.

The landscape is varied with meadows, forests, vast heaths, streams and fens. Characteristic natural areas are the Wisselse Veen, the Tongerense Beek and the Tongerense Heide. Through the construction of a wooden plank path, the wetlands of the Wisselse Veen have been made accessible to hikers. This has made it a beautiful area with a rich variety of flora and fauna. In the immediate vicinity are many cycling and walking routes. There are several museums nearby, including the Kröller Müller Museum (National Park De Hoge Veluwe), Castle De Cannenburgh (Vaassen), the North Veluws Museum (Nunspeet) and the Voerman Museum (Hattem). There are also many opportunities for children, such as a candle-making workshop and a tropical swimming pool in Emst, the Heerderstrand, the Zandeplas in Nunspeet and the amusement parks Apenheul and Julianatoren (Apeldoorn). The neighboring farm often has young animals and is therefore a great attraction for young children. There is also a farm store where you can buy (organic) products.
