This estate farm is a beautiful farmhouse on a centuries-old estate in Heerde and has two unique guest rooms, which can be booked separately or together. The lower room has a large double bed, a private bathroom with rain shower, a sitting area with comfortable armchairs, wood stove and a private entrance. Fully restored in style with beams and clay stucco; comfortable and tasteful. A beautiful woodland garden with large table for breakfast/dinner and with sun beds, all for guests. Breakfast can also be had in the common room, the showroom or middle room. There is also a small fridge, tea and Nespresso machine and another bedstead for two children. The front house can also be booked as a whole or both guest rooms with the middle room. Three good village restaurants can be reached on foot. Hiking trails, for example klompenpaden, run across the estate and bicycle junction routes start at the door.
Nature and surroundings
The estate farm is located just outside the village of Heerde on a beautifully preserved, centuries-old estate. Actually, you don't have to leave this place to enjoy nature, peace and inspiring surroundings. Nearby is the Veluwe with its vast heathlands, cliffs and forests and on the other side the IJssel Valley, a beautiful river landscape. The Hanseatic cities of Zwolle, Hattem and Deventer can be reached within half an hour. On site you will find all kinds of information about this beautiful part of Gelderland. You can also take a nice walk on the estate itself, and four wooden shoe path routes of about three hours each start from the front door of this unique location.

Nature, peace & environment:mooie omgeving
