The nature house, located in the green heart of France, the Auvergne/Puy de Dôme, in the Cretes du Forez National Nature Park, municipality of Bertignat, is a Chalets d'Hôtes with three chalets for up to four people, equipped with the necessary comfort, but no cooking facilities. From the renovated farm of the landlords you have a beautiful view of the Coldu Béal and the Col De Sypière. The area offers an infinite range for hiking enthusiasts, but experienced cycling enthusiasts are also welcome here. On the grounds (five hectares) you will find a heated swimming pool, numerous sunny and shady seating areas, petanque court, playground for toddlers, and so on. Adjacent, you can also visit the restaurant, housed in the former hay barn and offering small and larger dishes, classic and regional. The nature house is open all year round. Besides the beautiful nature, you can visit some nice towns: Ambert, Le Puy en Velay, Clermont Ferrand, Thiers, La Chaise Dieu... For animal lovers, the hosts also have a "mini-ferme".

The national nature park Cretes du Forez offers you an infinite nature reserve with numerous marked walks, with some, a little more or a lot of altimeters unique views. Also the two cols, Le Béal and Le Sypières, offer you unique hiking areas up to an altitude of 1300 meters.
