Hello, the whole stay was a dream. We arrived, got into the house immediately via a code. The house was very tidy and offered plenty of space for fun and rest. The nature at and around the house was beautiful and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for this weekend. best regards

der komplette Aufenthalt war ein Traum. Wir kamen an, kamen sofort ins Haus über einen Code.
Das Haus war sehr ordentlich und hat viel Platz für Spaß und Ruhe geboten. Die Natur am Haus und drum herum war traumhaft schön und ich bedanke mich von ganzem Herzen für dieses Wochenende.

Om huurders gerust te stellen beter informeren bij hun inschrijving dat ze pas vlak voor aankomst de toegangscode krijgen.

We have had a great weekend here, everything fine and well cared for. Only point that caused us a little stress is that we only on the day itself, a few hours before we arrived the codes (key) were sent. Everything neatly explained and landlord is easily accessible for any questions. Fine sauna and hot tub, enjoyed until a hole in the night! For this you must, however, bring your own wood to heat the hot tub.

Wij hebben hier een geweldig fijn weekend gehad, alles fijn en verzorgd.
Enig puntje dat bij ons voor een beetje stress zorgde is dat we pas op de dag zelf, enkele uren voor we aankwamen de codes (sleutel) toegestuurd kregen.
Alles netjes uitgelegd en verhuurder is goed bereikbaar bij eventuele vragen.
Fijne Sauna en Hottub, heerlijk van genoten tot een gat in de nacht!
Hiervoor moet je echter wel zelf wel hout meebrengen om de hottub warm te stoken.

Not much to say about the cottage. Spacious, lots of amenities, nice quiet area, everything to our liking. But the experience at check-in and check-out still has a lot of room for improvement. At ten o'clock the night before I received an email which showed that we could only check-in at 18h (this was not in the booking confirmation; never experienced later than 15h in 30+ years of renting accommodation, but soit). In addition, the email mainly contained a list of things we had to pay attention to because otherwise they would cost extra money (buying the right trash bags yourself at exactly the right supermarket, the freshly painted door that absolutely should not be damaged, etc.) Can you then get in at 6pm after a long drive with your group including small children, then someone comes by to give you a bunch of information that it goes in one ear in and out the other because you are way too busy unpacking and preparing food and sleeping arrangements for the little ones. Nothing against the lady herself, who was genuinely friendly, but the timing is just awkward. My advice to the owner: - Improve communication in terms of completeness, timing and tone - Hire an extra cleaner so people can just check in at a reasonable time (late afternoon at the latest) - Make your cottage lout-proof. Make sure there are plenty of proper trash bags, put a rubber on the door so it can't be damaged, put the bedding packages in a place where they won't be accidentally opened, stick plasticized instructions about the hot tub on the hot tub instead of mailing a separate pdf, etc. These are no-brainers that save you a lot of typing and the tenant stress. Otherwise, fine cottage. If it were not for the communication around it I would go back and recommend it to others.

Op het huisje niet veel aan te merken. Ruim, veel voorzieningen, lekker rustige omgeving, alles naar wens. Maar de ervaring bij in- en uitcheck heeft nog veel ruimte voor verbetering.

Om tien uur de avond van tevoren kreeg ik een mail waaruit bleek dat we pas om 18u konden inchecken (dit stond niet in de boekingsbevestiging; nog nooit later dan 15u meegemaakt in 30+ jaar accommodatie huren, maar soit). Daarnaast bevatte de mail voornamelijk een lijst aan dingen waarop we moesten letten omdat ze anders extra geld zouden kosten (zelf de juiste vuilniszakken kopen bij precies de juiste supermarkt, de pas geschilderde deur die absoluut niet beschadigd mocht raken, etc.) Kun je er dan na een lange rit om 18u in met je groep inclusief kleine kinderen, dan komt er nog iemand langs om je een heleboel informatie te geven die het in ene oor in en het andere uitgaat omdat je veel te druk bent met uitpakken en eten en slaapplaatsen bereiden voor de kleintjes. Niets ten nadele van de dame zelf, die heus wel vriendelijk was, maar de timing is gewoon onhandig. Mijn advies voor de eigenaar:
- Verbeter de communicatie qua volledigheid, timing en toon
- Huur een extra schoonmaker zodat mensen gewoon op een redelijke tijd kunnen inchecken (uiterlijk eind van de middag)
- Maak je huisje hufterproof. Zorg dat er voldoende juiste vuilniszakken aanwezig zijn, plak een rubbertje op de deur zodat die niet kan beschadigen, leg de beddengoedpakketjes op een plek waar ze niet per ongeluk worden geopend, plak geplastificeerde instructies over de hottub óp de hottub ipv een aparte pdf te mailen, etc. Dat zijn no-brainers die jou een hoop getyp en de huurder stress schelen.

Verder prima huisje. Ware het niet voor de communicatie eromheen dan zou ik zo weer teruggaan en het anderen aanraden.
