Nature house in Winterswijk

The cottage is clean and fully equipped. It has absolutely everything you need. (No dishwasher)
Comfortable bed, good shower.
Washing machine provided.
In the garden, there’s a nice covered area with patio furniture.
In short, a wonderful cottage where we’ll definitely be back.

Het huisje is schoon en compleet. Werkelijk alles is aanwezig. ( Geen vaatwasmachine)
Prima bed , goede douche.

In de tuin een mooie overkapping met tuinset.
Kortom een heerlijk huisje waar we zeker nog terugkomen.

We stayed in this lovely vacation home for two weeks. It’s located in a quiet vacation park.
The cottage sits on a beautiful, fenced-in lot where our dog could run around freely without any problems.
From the gate at the back, you can walk right onto a sandy path that leads through a small, intimate forest. The Hilgersplas is within walking distance. It’s really nice to walk or bike all the way around it. There’s also a restaurant by the lake where you can rent boats and pedal boats.
The center of Winterswijk is easily accessible, just a 5-10 minute bike ride away.
It has pretty much all the shops you’ll need.
Hiking and biking in the area are fantastic. Germany is even just a half-hour bike ride away.
Fishing in the area is somewhat limited.

Wij hebben twee weken in dit heerlijke vakantiehuisje verbleven. Op een rustig vakantiepark.
Het huisje staat op een mooi afgesloten perceel, waar onze hond zonder problemen lekker kon rondlopen.
Vanuit t poortje aan de achterzijde loop je zo het zandpad op met een heel kleinschalig bos. De Hilgersplas is op loopafstand. Heel leuk om er helemaal omheen te lopen of te fietsen. Ook is er een restaurant aan t meer waar bootjes / waterfietsen gehuurd kunnen worden.
Het centrum van Winterswijk is snel bereikbaar, 5-10 min. op de fiets.
Met eigenlijk alle winkels die er nodig zijn.
Wandelen en fietsen in de omgeving is top. Duitsland is zelfs op een half uurtje fietsen.
Vissen in de omgeving is wat beperkt .

Slept wonderfully on fine beds.

Heerlijk geslapen op prima bedden.

Everything in the cottage is fine, everywhere the equipment has a description of how to use it. The owner is a nice man who makes contact in a friendly way to ask or explain something. The score above is average due to the nuisance of fireworks because the residential area is nearby. There were also fireworks set off at night by residents of the little park. Not on the little park itself, but on the dirt road behind. Outside of this fireworks time, the cottage is definitely recommended. It is fenced and also the walking with the dogs is fine there.Despite the fireworks nuisance we had a great time there.

Alles in het huisje is prima in orde, overal staat bij de apparatuur een beschrijving hoe te gebruiken. De eigenaar is een aardige man die op een vriendelijke manier contact legt om iets te vragen of uit te leggen. De score hier boven is gemiddeld door de overlast van vuurwerk omdat de woonwijk dichtbij is. Ook werd er s'nachts vuurwerk afgestoken door bewoners van het parkje. Niet op het parkje zelf, maar op het achtergelegen zandpad. Buiten deze vuurwerktijd is het huisje zeker aan te bevelen. Het is omheind en ook de wandelen met de honden is prima daar.Ondanks de vuurwerkoverlast hebben wij het prima naar ons zin gehad daar.
