Spacious, single family house, located in a quiet village on a small hill and among vineyards. The nature house is close to beautiful medieval villages and well located for day trips to bastides, castles, wineries or larger cities. Single, spacious and bright house with views of the heated pool and valley from the living room. Terrace all around, under large roof overhang, so you can always choose sun or shade. Open kitchen with all cooking utensils and appliances. All accommodation available: washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue, radio, TV and internet. The coverable pool of 5 x 10 meters has a constant pleasant temperature through the heat pump. Three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, carport for two cars.
Nature and surroundings
You can hear many different birds and regularly see birds of prey circling at very close range. Hares, partridges, owls and deer can also be spotted very regularly. Don't forget to look up when it's dark to admire the countless beautiful stars! Very peaceful environment for hiking and biking. Undulating landscapes with beautiful views. Located between two medieval bastides with cozy courtyard and weekly market. Nearby there is the wine domain of the castle of Monbazillac with a breathtaking view of the entire Dordogne valley. A half-hour drive away is Monpazier, officially recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in France. The Dordogne is the department with the largest number of villages under the label " plus beaux villages de France ". After excursions you can swim in the private pool with constant temperature and open view of the valley or enjoy the barbecue and the setting sun with a beautiful starry sky.
