This spacious double gîte of 50 m² is comfortably furnished. The nature house is located in the east wing of the house, in the original horse stables. Layout: living room with open kitchen; spacious bedroom with double bed (160 x 200); bathroom with sink, shower and toilet; spacious terrace with views over the estate and of Tournon d Agenais, on the hill in the distance. Equipped with: hob, microwave/grill, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, internet, barbecue and garden furniture. The house is equipped with towels (one large and one small per person), please bring your own pool towels. There is a laundry room where you can use the washing machine free of charge.
Nature and surroundings
On this organic castle farm in the province of Lot-et-Garonne, south of the Dordogne, we grow cereals and sunflowers. Around the house are 20 hectares of organic land, it borders a beautiful forest where it is difficult to encounter other people. You are guaranteed peace and quiet here. The Lot-et-Garonne and the Lot are known for the purple Cahors wine, duck dishes, plums and the beautiful hilly landscape and medieval towns. The house was built in the 16th century as a small castle. It is located four kilometers from the medieval bastide town of Tournon d Agenais, now also awarded as one of the most beautiful villages in France. Canel is an ideal place to unwind. Prachtige plek met wijds uitzicht, mooie omgeving en aangename ontvangst.

Zéér vriendelijke ontvangst, huisje met smaak ingericht en alle comfort aanwezig. Zalig eigen terras met uitzicht, omgeven door machtige bomen. Zwembad op slechts enkele stappen verwijderd.
Heerlijk wandelen, vertrekkend vanuit het huisje. Tussen zonnebloemen en uitgestrekte wijnvelden. Omwille van een baan in het dal waar wel wat verkeer passeert is het pas 's avonds écht stil.
