Nature house in castelvittorio

The cottage has not 3 but 2 bedrooms as advertised.The kitchen is makeshift. If you want to cook at home keep in mind that the kitchen is extremely small, there is no oven other than a pizza oven outside. The owner laughingly responded that Italians do not use an oven, there is a BBQ. The photos are not actual photos, both inside and outside is different. Looks similar of course, but still.The price asked is simply too high for what you get.Outside hangs a big For Sale sign.Positive is outside. The garden is large and beautiful. Taken care of to perfection and equipped with all amenities. The mill itself is also very beautiful and tastefully decorated - neutral. The owner. Had to ask for arrival details like exact address, keys etc. 2 days before arrival. I watered the plants, flowers and vegetables because the owner was indisposed. No problem of course.Day of departure I do not explain further, but was far from hospitable.

De keuken is behelpen. Als je thuis wil koken houdt er dan rekening mee dat de keuken bijzonder klein is, er geen oven is anders dan een pizza oven buiten. De eigenaar reageerde lacherig dat Italianen geen oven gebruiken, er is een BBQ.
De foto s zijn geen actuele foto s. Zowel binnen als buiten is anders. Lijkt er natuurlijk wel op, maar toch.
De gevraagde prijs is simpelweg te hoog voor wat je krijgt.
Buiten hangt een groot For Sale bord.

Positief is buiten. De tuin is groot en prachtig. Tot in de puntjes verzorgd en van alle gemakken voorzien.
De molen zelf is ook erg mooi en smaakvol ingericht.

Neutraal. De eigenaar. Moest zelf 2 dagen voor aankomt om aankomst details vragen zoals exacte adres, sleutels etc.
Heb de planten, bloemen en groenten water gegeven omdat de eigenaar verhinderd was. Geen enkel probleem natuurlijk.
Dag van vertrek licht ik niet verder toe, maar was verre van gastvrij.

Outside, the space and nature was beautiful. Of peace and quiet, unfortunately, there was none. The cottage is located on a popular river with a waterfall behind the house and the possibility of 2 or 4 meters high water jumping. Children scream it out vam fun. Fine and understandable, but no peace and quiet. May be more clear in the ad.

Buiten was de ruimte en natuur prachtig. Van rust was helaas geen sprake. Het huisje ligt aan een populair riviertje met achter het huis een waterval en de mogelijkheid van 2 of 4 meter hoog het water in de springen. Kinderen schreeuwen het uit vam plezier. Prima en begrijpelijk, maar van rust geen sprake. Mag wel wat duidelijker im de advertentie staan.

Beautiful, well-kept and most of all clean house. Two nice bedrooms upstairs. Bathroom and kitchen are very small, only 1 toilet upstairs in the bathroom. Terrace wonderfully spacious with plenty of sun loungers and places to sit in the shade. Very nice to use fresh vegetables and herbs from own garden. Swimming pool very pleasant (water a bit cold). In short: very nice place to unwind.

Mooi, verzorgd en vooral schoon huis. Twee fijne slaapkamers boven. Badkamer en keuken zijn erg klein, slechts 1 toilet boven in de badkamer. Terras heerlijk ruim met voldoende ligstoelen en plekken om in de schaduw te kunnen zitten. Heel fijn om verse groenten en kruiden uit eigen tuin te kunnen gebruiken. Zwembad erg prettig (water wel wat koud). Kortom: hele fijne plek om tot rust te komen.

Beautiful surroundings, soothing sound of the flowing river. Some congestion on the (bad) road to the cottage in connection with people wanting to go to the river.

Mooie omgeving, rustgevend geluid van de stromende rivier. Wel wat drukte op de (slechte) weg naar het huisje i.v.m. mensen die naar de rivier willen.
