The nature house is more than 100 years old, located on 7000 m² of land between the Veluwe and the IJssel, and surrounded by the woods of an estate. It was once a day laborer's cottage, but was completely renovated at the time and now also equipped with solar panels. The house has a large renovated kitchen, sitting room, dining room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, a washing machine, a condenser dryer, TV and WiFi. There are wonderful hiking and biking opportunities, there are 3 women's and 1 men's bikes for free use (with child seats). The railway station on the Zutphen-Apeldoorn line is only 200 meters away. Eigen spullen zouden eventueel in een afgesloten kast opgeborgen kunnen worden. Zodat eea wat beter gescheiden blijft, maar dat is persoonlijk.
Dat de cv snachts automatisch naar 14gr gaat, hebben we als erg koud ervaren met -2 graden buiten.
Enkelzijdige dekbedjes, niet een tweede deken, was wel een beetje afzien. Matrassen pasten niet helemaal op het houten frame, voor ons beiden wat te hard.
Al met al een heerlijk ontspannen weekend hier geweest. Elke dag het bos in sjouwen. Hondjes blij, wij blij.
