In this farmhouse dating from 1840, you will stay in the cozy and cozy downstairs living area with its authentic elements, in addition to contemporary comfort. There are two separate bedrooms, a modern bathroom with floor heating and a cozy living room/living room with an integrated and well-equipped kitchenette. In the entrance is the air hockey table, fun for young and old. Behind the house is a large fenced garden with playground equipment and trampoline. The covered terrace significantly increases the living space in summer. From the garden you have an unobstructed view. There is always only one company staying in the house so your privacy is guaranteed (exclusive rental). Walking and cycling routes right at the door. Please note: Due to the historic character of the house there are low and narrow passages and steps, therefore not suitable for wheelchairs or walkers. Dogs are not allowed.

This characteristic nature house is located near the border triangle Belgium-Luxembourg-Germany in the Belgian Eifel/ Ardennes The quiet and beautiful location on the outskirts of the village of Oudler, municipality of Burg Reuland, guarantees an unobstructed view over the fields and hills. This southern part of Nature Park High Fens in German-speaking eastern Belgium is still spared from mass tourism. It is an ideal starting point for all imaginable outdoor activities. It is less than a 10-minute drive to neighboring Luxembourg and Germany. In short, a region with a lot of (international) potential! Electric cars can be (quickly) charged in the neighborhood such as Shoppingcenter Massen (at 8.5 km, 70 charging stations/22 Kwh or Esso Huldang 100/300 Kwh) Arrival and departure times are negotiable.
