Located in the countryside in a small village next to Stavelot in a cul-de-sac, this old farmhouse has been carefully converted into a beautiful gîte. The accommodation is ideal for organizing family reunions. Located 5-10 kilometers from Stavelot, Malmedy and Spa-Francorchamps, numerous activities are possible with the whole group. The gîte has an area of 250m2 and meets safety standards. The accommodation can accommodate up to 15 people and has 4 bedrooms, 1 on the 1st floor and 3 on the 2nd floor with 1 room ensuite. There is a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, sauna and hot tub. A playhouse is also available (air-hockey, billard, ...). The deposit is payable on our account. You will receive an e-mail with our account number 14 days before your stay. Departure time : Sunday 6pm, Monday/Friday 9:30am. Garbage bag 9 euro/sack. Animals are not allowed. depending on the composition, increased deposit.
Nature and surroundings
Besides the many walks starting from the rural gîte, the region offers many recreational, cultural and sporting opportunities: circuit Spa-Francorchamps, water sports on the Amblève, ski slopes, etc. If you want to eat out together, there is a restaurant within 2 km. Stores, banks, tourist office etc. can be found at 5 km in the town of Stavelot or 12 km in the town of Malmedy. Station Trois-Ponts 15 km away - New: Nordic Bath "Hot Tub" at your disposal | heated by a wood stove, slide into water of around 40 degrees for complete relaxation in the midst of an idyllic natural environment! If you request a reservation for a group without children, please indicate to Nature House the age of the participants and the purpose of the stay. Contact the owner via chat. This house is primarily intended for family groups, however, non-family groups may be accepted with the owner's agreement and a possible increase in the botg.

Saskia April 7, 2023 General rating:In het paasweekend met 5 stellen en 3 kinderen hier verbleven. Het huis was schoon bij aankomst. Wat we vooraf niet wisten en online ook nergens terug te vinden is, is dat de tweepersoons slaapkamer aan de woonkamer grenst en de driepersoons slaapkamer een doorloop is naar de slaapzaal. Dit was erg onpraktisch als je kinderen mee hebt. Daarnaast was er werkelijk niets in huis: geen toiletpapier, geen koffiefilters, slechts 1 vaatwastablet, geen scheutje olie of peper en zout. Je moet echt alles zelf meenemen. Het huis werd aangeprezen als kindvriendelijk, maar overal zijn afstapjes en op de vloer liggen tegels, de trap in de woonkamer is open, zonder traphekje, waardoor we het hele weekend de trap hebben moeten barricaderen met krukken. Op de keukenkastjes zit geen kinderslot en op de vierpersoons slaapkamer op de eerste verdieping zitten de ramen aan de grond en die gaan gewoon wagenwijd open. Het huisje is een twee-onder-een-kap. De pooltafel, tafelvoetbaltafel, airhockeytafel en tuin worden gedeeld met 2 andere vakantiewoningen. De barbecue was onbruikbaar smerig. De wifi werk alleen als je op de bank in de woonkamer zit. Na afloop werd er borg ingehouden voor spullen die niet stuk of weg zijn en werd er beddengoed in rekening gebracht terwijl wij dit niet gebruikt of gevraagd hebben. We hebben er het beste van gemaakt met elkaar en evengoed een fantastisch weekend gehad, maar ik zou dit verblijf zeker niet nog een keer boeken.

Anne October 1, 2021 General rating:Het huisje was schoon. Er was genoeg ruimte om er te slapen met 15 mensen en te verblijven in het huisje, ook wanneer het wat slechter weer was.
Nature, peace & environment:We hebben heerlijk gekajakt op de rivier Amblève en een mooie lange wandeling gemaakt in de Hoge Venen.
