This nature house is equipped for 10 people and features an exceptional view of the Ourthe Valley. Recognition by the Walloon Region: three keys. Beautifully converted farmhouse, tastefully renovated, located in the hamlet of Grandhan, a few kilometers from Durbuy. The building consists of two dwellings. Central heating and parking. Ground floor: living room with wood stove (double sofa bed, TV, DVD, radio and wood stove), dining area and garden doors to the terrace. Fitted open kitchen with dishwasher, electric hobs, oven, microwave, Senseo and freezer. Separate toilet. Upstairs: three bedrooms, one with TV, two bathrooms (one with bath, one with shower), separate wc and washing machine. Terrace and semi-enclosed garden with barbecue and garden furniture. Beds: three double beds, a bunk bed and a sofa bed. High chair and crib available. Boules court and outdoor games available. One small pet allowed.
