Luxury nature house in the Achterhoek, located on a beautiful estate, ideally suited for the nature lover who can appreciate peace and quiet. Deer walk past the bungalow daily. The bungalow was recently renovated. In which a large extension has been placed (see photo) with a very large bedroom and bathroom en suite. There is also a separate hall with toilet. The bungalow is fully adapted for wheelchair users. There is a spacious terrace, private parking next to the nature house and pets are allowed. Adaptations: door passages 120 cm, very large adapted bathroom and toilet, shower chair, electric adjustable (high-low) beds. All additional equipment can be rented. The area of the nature house is about 130m2. The Achterhoek is a beautiful region in Gelderland with varied landscapes. Small towns with medieval streets, castles with their estates and the forests and farmlands alternate.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located on an estate, an estate with about 350 hectares of forest and land. Deciduous and coniferous forests alternate. The estate has several moors, a sand drift and several fens. Ideally suited for walks and bike rides, a picnic or just relaxing. Deer walk past the bungalow daily on their way to the meadow in front of the farm. There is a wide variety of bird species to admire, including several species of woodpeckers. The estate has several badger setts. Despite being shy, the badgers are regularly seen. Each season has its own charm. Spring with its fresh, green leaves and flowering bushes. Summer with the young deer running around the meadow and lovely patio weather. Autumn with its beautiful, warm colors and the many mushrooms. Winter with the trees full of frost or snow. In short, every season lends itself to a wonderful stay in the nature house.

Prachtig ruim en luxe huis. Meer dan voldoende ruimte voor mijn handbewogen rolstoel. Ook voor een elektrische rolstoel is er ruimte genoeg.
De keuken is niet aangepast. Een van de andere huisjes heeft wel een aangepaste keuken.Het huisje ligt op een heel rustige plek aan de rand van het bos.
De omgeving bestaat uit bos en landerijen. In de bossen zijn er smalle fietspaden met al dan niet redelijke harde zandwegen. -
