Open kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, separate freezer, and electric stovetop. An accessible bedroom with two raised, separate beds; a bathroom fully adapted for people with disabilities, featuring a shower with a seat, a toilet, and a wheelchair-accessible sink; and another bathroom with a shower and sink. Also, a separate toilet, a game room with a foosball table and a bird-picking game. First floor: three bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. Terrace with patio furniture and a barbecue; large, enclosed garden (1,000 m²) with a safely fenced pond. Gas heating. Pets not allowed. Beds: two single beds, three double beds, and one children’s bed.
