This nature house is located on a quiet property just outside La Roche, which has a total of 10 chalets. This modern chalet offers panoramic views of the Ourthe River and the flanks of the Cresse de Corbeau. There is a common playground and the residence is car-free. The nature house can accommodate eight people, is finished inside in wood and equipped with solid pine furniture. On the second floor: living room with lounge, flat-screen TV, DVD, dining area, fully equipped open kitchen with electric hob (four burners), dishwasher and microwave, two bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub and sink and a separate toilet. Large balcony with garden furniture. On the ground floor: two bedrooms, sauna, bathroom with shower, separate wc and sink and finally a garage. Private terrace and barbecue. Electric heating. Beds: one double bed, four single beds and a bunk bed. Pets are not allowed
