The cozy Saxon-style nature house has its own garden and two terraces, located in the yard of a residential farm. It offers lots of privacy and has unobstructed views over fields and on a meadow with animals. The house is cool in summer and cozy in winter. Downstairs there is one large living area with open kitchen, a garden room and bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms with air conditioning. Bed linen and towels are included. The interior is stylish with Old Dutch tile and wool rugs on the floor. There are several entertainment options such as a smart TV and a well-stocked bookcase. There is a work table with a fine desk chair. Private network with WiFi and fiber optic connection are available. Two cast iron stoves provide cozy warmth. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances like hot air oven with (induction) hob and (dish) washing machines, fridge and freezer. The house is suitable for people with allergies. Not for children. No pets.
Nature and surroundings
Nature house on a small estate where the outlying areas of Barchem, Ruurlo and Vorden border each other. You get there via a dirt road and a lane through its own small forest. The cottage with its own flower garden, two terraces in its own small yard. Enjoy the morning sun, silence and unobstructed views or overlook a private meadow with animals. The private garden provides absolute privacy. Comfort, tranquility and space are key. There is ample parking for cars and covered storage for bicycles. The private area is home to hares, deer and many species of birds. "You can hear the silence. Any walk or bike ride starts at the door. You walk right into Landgoed "De Wiersse" or walk to "Het Hagenbeek". The cottage is still close to civilization: Ruurlo (5-10 car minutes) offers supermarkets and a train station, Castle Ruurlo (Museum More), etc. Barchem? Three kilometers away. Vorden, Lochem and golf courses at seven kilometers. All "inside" accessible.
