Nature house in La Parade

This romantic barn is located on a secluded spot on a mountain in a beautiful part of the Pyrenees. There are no neighbours, you will have the whole place and the surrounding lands to yourself. The ruralhut is extremely suited for people who love hiking as you can hike right up to the Pyreneees mountains from your doorstep. Make a hike to one of the famous peaks, or stay home and enjoy the nature and wildlife around the barn: foxes, deer, wild hogs, bears (not dangerous). There is a river streaming by the barn. The barn is basic but provides the comfort of two single beds (which can be put next to each other if needed), table, chairs and wood burner. There is a small kitchen area with sink and tap with water from the stream, two-ring gas hob, basic cooking equipment and cutlery, and an outside dry toilet. Enjoy being alone in nature with the comfort of basic modern day amenities. Note: there is room for four people but there are only two beds, so in case more than two people want to come they need to bring their own mattresses. Gas for the stove and wood for the burner are included.

To reacht the nature house, you will need to hike for 15 minutes, all the way from the car park where your car is safe. You will be the only people up here, enjoying the forest and its animals and the river streaming by. Explore the beautiful surroundings right from the doorstep and sit by the fire at night. From here you can hike up straight to the mountains. This barn is for the people who like camping, hiking and go back to basic. The reward is immense with a connection with nature in an exceptional environment high in the mountains.
