Nature house in Vierhouten

This unique nature house is a newly built vacation home in a beautiful spot in the woods of Vierhouten with unique views over an open stretch of forest. Until 2012 there was an old, simple, wooden forest cabin on this spot with only a wood stove for heating. The beautiful spot with the view has remained. The simple house has been replaced by a contemporary one, paying great attention to architecture appropriate to nature and, of course, living comfort. Residents of the nature house can use the natural swimming pool that used to belong to the manor house in the summer. Three cottages located near the manor house make use of this 24 by 12 meter pool. The pool is surrounded by tall pine trees and exudes the atmosphere of days gone by. The pool is not heated and no chlorine or other chemicals are used.

About 150 meters away is the entrance to the Vierhouterbos. The Elspeetsche Heide is 250 meters away. Thus, for the true nature lover, there are numerous other opportunities in the area to enjoy nature. In addition, the area also has much to offer in other areas. Some examples: the large number of restaurants of the culinary village Vierhouten and the vast nature park De Hoge Veluwe with the always beautiful Kröller-Müller Museum. Also, the relaxation of several great saunas; one in Putten and also one in nearby Emst! For the youth there is Walibi (half hour drive), Juliana Tower in Apeldoorn and the Dolfinarium in Harderwijk.
