Nature house in Nesso

In this fisherman's house in Nesso, right on the shore of Lake Como, there is an apartment with garden for rent. Directly on the water and away from all traffic it is wonderfully quiet. From the centuries-old palazzo you can hear the water gently lapping against the shore. Guests of the nature house use the large, green garden. From the garden you can go straight into the water for a swim. The apartment is classically and stylishly furnished. It occupies most of the second floor. It has five high windows with spectacular lake views, a very large bedroom with balcony, a large living room with kitchenette and a modern bathroom. The apartment is about 70 square meters and can accommodate two to four people. The palazzo is located right on the shore. To get there you walk down many small steps through a residential area. You park your car on the road about 250 meters away. In return for the effort you will find a hidden spot right on the water with lots of peace and quiet. If you don't have good mobility or find making this walk an objection then they advise against this place. However, if you do not mind making the walk, you will be rewarded with a truly beautiful and unique place.

The view from this second floor nature house (70 m²) is spectacular. Lake Como is at your feet and it is almost like being on a boat sailing across the lake. The apartment consists of a large living room with kitchen, a very large bedroom with balcony and a bathroom. It is stylish and classic with its high ceilings (over 3.10 meters high) and five large windows with spectacular lake views. The furnishings are also modern classic. Old, characteristic elements in the apartment have been preserved, such as the century-old black stone floor and the antique fireplace with two internal seating areas (!) in the living room. The living room has two large windows overlooking the lake. The house has a beautiful, sunny garden with a lawn and some shady fig, peach and medlar trees. The sun shines there from about 11 in the morning until the evening. The garden is no less than 60 meters deep and runs right next to the lake, which is very special. The garden is for common use, but it is usually wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The dog is also welcome (if well-behaved and social to any other users of the garden).
