"You can hear the silence". Fully equipped, luxury, six-person nature house, right by the pool (heatable and salt-based) in the beautiful nature of the Correze. Your nature house is fully equipped, including a kitchen and a very spacious, luxurious bathroom. Lovely property to spend a day lazing around, reading a book or resting after a nice walk or activity in the immediate area. Horseback riding is available next door, walks start right at the property's gate. Canoeing on the Dordogne River is less than half an hour away. Nice towns in the immediate vicinity are Argentat sur Dordogne, Salers, Collognes la Rouge, Rocamadour and Beaulieu sur Dordogne. These last four are mentioned in Les Plus Beaux Villages de France. In short: a great house on a beautiful property in a wonderful environment full of tranquility and sights. The house has spacious bedrooms (upstairs almost 100 m²) with large and good beds (two meters long).
Nature and surroundings
In the extreme south of the Correze department (between Dordogne and Cantal), this nature house is located in an area characterized by solid differences in altitude and many alternations of forests and meadows. It is located between the two gorges of the rivers Dordogne and Maronne. A sparsely populated region where French life still really exists. Nature in particular is overwhelming. While walking you walk through mixed forests (coniferous and deciduous trees) and along beautiful vistas, alternating between sun and shade. It is also an eldorado for horseback riding and mountain biking, while the quiet, winding roads invite you to tour by car and/or motorcycle. On the nearby rivers you can not only fish, but also make (long) trips by canoe/kayak. Besides the peace and quiet, there are plenty of activities to do in the immediate vicinity: enjoy a terrace, visit medieval towns and castles, stroll around the numerous flea markets, and so on. But the garden and terrace are also an oasis of calm. With an occasional dip in the pool, your vacation is complete.

Het huisje ligt wat verder op het terrein daardoor hebben wij dit als zeer privé en prettig ervaren. Heerlijk rustig en prima uitgerust huisje. Voor het zwembad loop je 50 meter van het huisje. Fijn zoutwater zwembad waar je lekker even kan afkoelen. Bij het huisje is een overdekt terras, auto voor de deur.
Heerlijk, geluiden van dieren in de directe omgeving van het huisje. Ondanks dat het huisje aan de achterkant langs een rustige weg ligt valt dat geluid reuze mee. Mooie wandelingen door het glooiende landschap met een diversiteit aan paarden, koeien, ezels, schapen enz…

Dit huisje is heel mooi gerenoveerd en ingericht, en is heel prima bevallen.
Schitterende en afwisselende natuur, ideaal voor wie de stilte en geroezemoes even achter zich wil laten. Wandelen kan eindeloos. Er zijn ook prachtige dorpen en stadjes, zoals Salers, op gemakkelijke afstand om heen te rijden met de auto. .

Het huisje en de tuin komen volledig overeen met de beschrijving op de website en de foto's. De omgeving is heel mooi, het zwembad zeer aangenaam. Ideale omgeving om volledig tot rust te komen.
Prachtige groene omgeving, een paradijs voor de wandelaars.
