Nature house in Monte San Martino

This place is an old, traditional, peasant cottage with two country houses. It is near the village of Monte San Martino in the province of Le Marche (The Marches in Dutch). You have unparalleled views of the Monti Sibillini. You rent the big house. A sturdy, large house that the landlords completely rebuilt in recent years with their own hands and some local help. The nature house is fully equipped. It has four large bedrooms and a large loft bedroom, a wonderful multipurpose group room, toilet and bathrooms on each floor and a large kitchen diner on the second floor. With that, the nature house has many possibilities; that's what the landlords love. The space in the house and around it allows everyone to find their place. The road ends on the grounds of the nature house. There is approximately 6500 sq. ft. of yard surrounding both houses. It is not fenced and thus just connects to the surrounding farmland. The land is farmed by an organic farmer. There is crop rotation, so the crops vary each year. There is space as far as you can see and room enough for a cozy dining or craft table. You can cross the land to watch butterflies at the Tenna River at the bottom of the valley and see the water bubbling. There are fruit trees in the yard and the lower terrace is covered with grape vines. In the middle is a mulberry that bears edible fruit in summer and serves as a huge natural umbrella. You are 15 kilometers away from natural park Monti Sibillini, where you can do endless hiking, mountain biking, hang gliding and what not. 40 kilometers in the other direction you are on the Adriatic coast and you will find beautiful beaches. And "last but not least" ... when you turn out the lights at night, it's dark. Look up and enjoy the moon and as many stars as you have never seen before.
