Unique nature house in Provence, not far from Haute Provence. The house is located just outside a small village of Lachau. The bakery and supermarket can be found in Séderon at 10 kilometers. Very nicely restored spacious house in natural stone with stylish sleek decor. Very large terrace at the nature house, part of which is covered. Garden furniture, sun beds, parasols, barbecue available. Large garden of 2.5 hectares, partly lawned. You enter through a hall on the ground floor. Upstairs (opening onto the terrace) is a living room with dining area and open kitchen with all comforts: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, gas stove (Smeg six-burner) with electric oven, microwave and all necessary cooking utensils. The dining area opens onto the terrace through a garden door. There is a separate sitting area with fireplace, television (international channels), music system and DVD player. Downstairs there is a large storage room with washing machine and an extra refrigerator with freezer.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is very quiet, away from mass tourism and yet well located for beautiful excursions! Lachau is located roughly between Mont Ventoux (Carpentras) and Sisteron. Nearby there are beautiful Gorges such as the Gorges de la Méouge and the Gorges de Neques. You can also visit the beautiful Gorges du Verdon from here. Avignon and Aix-en-Provence and villages such as Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, Gordes, Apt. are an hour and a half away. Mont Ventoux and Vaison-la-Romaine at an hour, Gigondas at 45 minutes by car, Sisteron 30 minutes.
