Nature house in Engreux
Luxembourg, Belgium
- 9 persons
- 4 bedrooms
- WiFi
- Pets allowed
The nature house has all contemporary comforts: a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living room with a fireplace. The nature house offers a cozy, beautiful loft over the sitting area. There are two spacious bathrooms, one with a sauna. There are four bedrooms (one on the ground floor and three upstairs) with a total of beds for nine people. For young adventurers, a baby crib and high chair are freely available. The terrace and garden are south facing. The nature house is wheelchair friendly (no thresholds, wide entrance doors on the ground floor, bedroom and bathroom with large walk-in shower on the ground floor). Tip: the double beds can also be pushed apart, so there are two single beds each, but these can also be made up as a double bed.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located on the outskirts but just a few steps from the village center of Engreux, a quiet village located between La Roche-en-Ardenne and Houffalize, near the confluence of the two Ourthes, the most beautiful region of the Belgian Ardennes. It is also 15 minutes (by car) from Baraque de Fraiture. The houses are an excellent base for many trips along the Ourthe, the Nisramont reservoir or through the surrounding woods and fields.... Hikers and mountain bikers set off from the front door here!

Beautiful location, beautiful home. However, the house could use a bit of a refresh (curtains that don’t fully cover any of the windows and have stains, imperfections on the walls, and signs of wear on the furniture).
We had a problem with the dishwasher upon arrival, but it was fixed right away the next morning. The owners were very friendly and worked to find a solution to the problem. All in all, a pleasant experience. Great location near the woods and fields.Mooie locatie, mooie woning.
Fantastisch!
