Nature house in Saint Privat

This nature house has a large pond on the roof keeping it pleasantly cool in summer. The house is single-story and, at 90 m², offers plenty of space for four to five people. It consists of an open living and dining room and a fully equipped open kitchen. There are two bedrooms whose beds have mosquito nets. As a fifth bed there is a sofa bed in the living room. The two bathrooms have a toilet, shower and sink. The fireplace invites to socialize and can be used either open or closed, wood is available. Of course, there is a satellite television, stereo system and internet connection. Natural materials, such as stone walls and lots of wood, give the house a pleasant atmosphere. Beds are made and towels and bath towels are provided. High chair and bed are available, please reserve. Pets are also welcome, as long as they are kept under supervision. The clear water comes from our own well and the solar panels provide enough electricity. The communal pool of 60 m² located next to the bergerie is 60 - 200 centimeters deep, set in the pond of 320 m². Marsh and other aquatic plants keep the water clear.

Sitting in the shade of the 200-year-old holm oak, one sees the silvery streak of the Mediterranean and sometimes the snow-capped peaks of the Pyrenees. In the deep silence of nature, which can be heard behind the concert of wind, cicadas and birds chirping, one hears the cries of the birds of prey, nesting in the high, wooded cliffs behind the house. Here there is still silence, peace and quiet. The nature house in the picturesque village of Saint Privat is located in the l'Hérault with its many opportunities: long sandy beaches and marinas. Lakes like Lac du Salagou for surfing, swimming, sailing and fishing, set in hills from the red earth typical of this area. Rivers such as the Hérault, the Heric or the Tarn for canoeing. The many historical sites, some of Greek and Roman origin, others from the time of the Knights Templar and the Cathars. And then the hilly landscapes and rugged mountains, interspersed with areas where jagged rock formations rise from the earth and look as if they were scattered there by a giant hand and never cleared away. Their subterranean counterparts are the fairy-tale limestone caves.
