Nature house in Anjum

The detached nature house is located in the Lauwersmeer National Park in the hamlet of Ezumazijl with 10 houses. Anjum, the village with a well-stocked supermarket, is four kilometers away. The house has a spacious, very bright living room with TV and audio, a modern, open kitchen, a dining room where there is a couch that can be converted into a bed. In the window seat you can dream away over the water. The open staircase in the loft leads to the first floor with two bedrooms (one room with twin beds and one room with a double bed) and the compact bathroom with shower, WC and sink. There is central heating and also a lovely wood stove. In the large garden there is a tree house and a veranda with a table on wheels for outdoor enjoyment. Groningen and Leeuwarden are about 50 kilometers away. In short, a place where life is good throughout the year.

This nature house lies in the National Park Lauwersmeer and five kilometers below the Wadden coast. At the front of the house you have a view of a tributary of the Lauwersmeer and over the dike you look out on the Lauwersmeer. The Ezumakeeg known to birdwatchers is a five-minute walk away. It is a resting area for geese, waders and ducks. Peace and quiet are plentiful here. The boat to the Wadden Islands of Schiermonnikoog and Ameland is in the immediate vicinity. Walking, cycling, surfing and sailing are possible in the area. If you go west, you come to the forests of the Earnewald and the Alde Faenen. The National Park Lauwersmeer is a Dark Sky Park; and that is really enjoying the dark night with lots of stars.
