Nature house in Thil-sur-Arroux

This nature house is an old forge, built in 1850, on the edge of a very small quiet village on its own grounds of about 4000 m². The thick walls keep it nice and cool inside in summer. All rooms are on the ground floor: living room / kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and a separate TV room with all Dutch channels. Around the house enough space and privacy to enjoy and relax. Behind the house a fire basket for a cozy fire in the evening on the side where the sun sets. For entertainment a table tennis table, all kinds of game equipment and a hammock. No wifi.

It is located in the southernmost tip of the Morvan, south of Autun, in a rural setting with many meadows and pieces of forest. Very varied for walking or cycling. At 700 meters is a small lake where you can swim and across the lake you can also fish. Nearby many attractions, including a Buddha temple, viewpoints at Uchon and Mont Beauvrai, archaeological excavations from the time of the Romans and of course beautiful churches and castles where France is known for. Nice town, Luzy, a 15-minute drive away for shopping.
