From the >100 m² terrace you can see Martina Franca lying on one of the hills in the distance. This region is also known in the summer for its many jazz festivals.

This authentic nature house in the Itria Valley, renovated by Belgians, offers a super view of nature (Itria Valley) all around and the daily activities of neighbors, ranging from ordinary farming to picking olives for olive oil. Each year the landlords try to harvest their olives and produce and sell organic olive oil.
