Quietly located vacation home near nature reserve Stenfors,up to 6 people. Entrance hall with underfloor heating, separate toilet. Dining area, kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle. Living room with wood stove, smart TV, veranda. Bathroom with underfloor heating, sink, walk-in shower, one bedroom with 2 beds 90x200. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each (80x200). The bedrooms are accessible via separate stairs. At the front there is wooden terrace with garden furniture. In the garden there is a private sauna, hot tub and changing room with toilet, use for all this is 40€ per person/stay and payable locally (the hot tub is not available due to freezing temperatures from 1/12-1/03). WiFi available on request: 20GB(20€), 100GB(30€),200GB(40€). If you check out before 9am, cleaning to be provided by us (110€). Electricity and wood settle at check out. Sheet package, bikes can be rented. December-February = free use of sauna when rented for 1 week or more.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in Småland, southern Sweden. For daily shopping you can go to Tingsryd, about 10 kilometers from the house. Here you will find two decent supermarkets, namely Ica (open every day from 7-22 hours) and Börjes. An ATM at Swedbank next to the library. Tingsryd also houses a few businesses where you can get something to eat or drink. If you wish to buy your own liquor (with an alcohol content above 3.5%), in Sweden you can only go to the state store Systembolaget, one of which is located in the center (next to Börjes on the other side of the street). In the house you can find information brochures of the region. Along the other side, the nature house is three kilometers from Stenfors, a 66-hectare nature reserve that extends from the southern shore of Lake Tiken in Tingsryd about three kilometers downstream along the course of the Braknean River.
