Located in the countryside in Francheville, in a cul-de-sac, this old farmhouse has been carefully converted into a beautiful gîte. Ideal for organizing family reunions. Located next to Stavelot, Malmedy and Spa-Francorchamps, the group accommodation has an area of 300m2 and meets safety standards. The accommodation is suitable for up to 15 people and has 6 bedrooms, 3 of which are on the ground floor, 1 on the 1st floor and 2 on the 2nd floor. There is a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and sauna. A playhouse is also available (air-hockey, billard, table soccer) The deposit is payable to our account. Receive account number by e-mail. Check-in 4 p.m., Check-out : Sunday 6 p.m., Monday/Friday 9:30 a.m. Garbage bag 9 euros/piece. Animals are not allowed. Depending on the composition of the group, increased deposit. Nature and surroundings
This gite is very quietly located. Besides the many walks starting from the rural gite, the Region offers many recreational, cultural and sporting opportunities such as the circuit Spa-Francorchamps, water sports on the Amblève, etc. Stores, banks can be found at 5km in the town of Stavelot or 12 km in the town of Malmedy. Station Trois-Ponts 15 km away - New: Nordic Bath "Hot Tub". Heated by a wood stove, slide into water of around 40 degrees for complete relaxation amid idyllic natural surroundings! (On request - surcharge of €145 / weekend) If you request a reservation for a group without children, please indicate to Nature House the age of the participants and the purpose of the stay. This house is mainly intended for family groups; however, non-family groups may be accepted with the owner's agreement and a possible increase in the botg. Students and bachelor parties are not allowed.
