Nature house in Souillac

From the balcony terrace of the nature house you have a spectacular panoramic view. The garden is laid out at different heights with terraces, both to the living room and to the kitchen. The lower pool has direct access from the first floor. It is a very spacious, bright house. In addition to the eight fixed beds, two or three more beds can be added if necessary (against payment). The house is located against a hill, so the entrance, hallway, toilet, living room with terrace, dining kitchen with terrace, three double bedrooms and bathroom are above the full other floor. This lower floor is not a basement because of the level difference, but a floor with large windows and French doors to the pool. Spacious double bedroom with patio doors to the pool, adjacent bathroom with shower, a living room (also with patio doors to the pool), separate toilet, kitchenette, storage space for pool equipment and a recreation room. In a corner of the indoor garage are the washer and dryer. Opening doors to garden and driveway. Families and groups of friends are welcome, no youth groups and bachelor parties.

From the terrace you have a view of the Dordogne River; you can follow the goose colonies and perhaps wave to the passing canoe, in which one of you will take a canoe trip!Besides canoeing, you can hike and bike in the green hills and along the white limestone cliffs, randonnees, leaflets of which are in the closet in the living room next to games and puzzles. There also the info on prehistoric caves, castles (landlords favorite: Chateau de Milandes by Josephine Baker), medieval towns and of course the markets with the local products (walnuts, Rocamadour cheese, magret de canard, truffles and the wines from Cahors and Cotes de Bergerac). Souillac has an 18-hole golf course, where you can also rent tennis courts. Horseback rides from the equestrian center in Souillac. Visiting special gardens. The nice thing about the location of the house is that you are so in the middle of nature, but also so in old Souillac on a terrace! It is not a house "in the middle of nowhere", but offers the opportunity to be there in no time!
