Nature house in Orgovány

The house is located near Kiskunság National Park, one of Hungary's oldest national parks. It is characterized by varied landscapes with varied biotopes: forests, sand dunes, wet grasslands, lakes, reed marshes, shallow saline pools, fish ponds.... This creates a rich and varied animal and plant life. Large parts of the national park are freely accessible on hiking trails, while observation huts and towers have been built here and there. The region is characterized by a specific nature, including a very rich bird life with specific pustaceous species such as the dabbler, bee-eater, red-legged falcon, great bustard and saker falcon. From the nature house, nature can be discovered directly on foot. Hours of walks along dirt roads and forest trails will introduce you to the area. They are also perfect to do by bicycle.
