Nature house in CRUX LA VILLE

July 15 and 16, 2026: THE TOUR DE FRANCE PASSES BY People always tell me this is our first real nature house. The singing of birds, the mooing of cows, a bellowing stag in the nearby forest. You can actually hear the silence around this nature house! The farmhouse has been comfortably renovated with all the amenities: comfortable beds and quality mattresses from IKEA. A large fridge-freezer. There are 2 bedrooms with private showers, a large bathroom, and 2 separate toilets. In the evening, you can relax on the terrace under the grapevines. In short, enjoy what nature has to offer. You’ll notice it in the poor cell phone reception. But luckily, there’s fiber-optic internet. There’s plenty to keep you entertained: the barbecue, board games, the ping-pong table, the pool, and the tennis court. The farmhouse is the last building in a quiet hamlet with five other houses. The house, garden, pool, and tennis court are all at your disposal; the owner lives in her private apartment next to the farmhouse. There’s an extra charge for charging an electric car!

This beautiful spot is nine kilometers from the nearest store, bakery, and supermarket. The road leading there is paved. There are many hiking and biking trails. In addition to the wading pool in the garden, there are fantastic lakes within a few kilometers where you can swim, fish, canoe, and even sail. Don’t forget the flea markets and the summer (street) festivals. There’s a flea market calendar in the house, and Google provides information about local activities. Keywords: GUEDELON, a park where medieval-style construction takes place; POUILLY-sur-Loire and SANCERRE for wine; churches in VEZELAY and AUXERRE; the lakes Merle, Baye, and Vaux. Electric bikes and small boats are available for rent. This is a house for true nature lovers.
