The independent nature house extends over two floors. The large windows on both levels give you a chance to have a beautiful view of the lake and be embraced by the sun's rays. You have sunshine from morning to evening. On the ground floor, the house has a large kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, five-burner gas hob, hot air oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, plates, glasses, cutlery and utensils. There is also a bathroom with shower, a dining area with solid wood table with six comfortable wooden chairs and a comfortable living room with a sofa and a television. Antique closet and seating for four people. On the top floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a stone shower. Garden: two terraces and a large plot with its own stone cave, in which there are an iron table and chairs, as well as several beach chairs with overlay. In order to keep the peace on the property, the landlord does not accept children under the age of 12.
Nature and surroundings
The materials in the nature house have been carefully selected. You will find marble, travertine, granite, slate, natural stone, recycled wood and old bricks. The result is a mix of contemporary splendor anchored in elements of fascinating tradition. Although located in the middle of a forest, the house is surrounded by ancient rocks and stone walls that have been used throughout history to grow fruit and wine. Today the landowners have lemon trees, rosemary, sage, lavender, thyme, mint, cacti, wild cherries, olives, chestnuts, oak hazelnuts and an herb garden. You have a private stone cave and garden. Parking is free in the covered parking lot. Large sun terrace with umbrellas and furniture from RODA.
