Superbly situated, against the wooded slopes of the Châtelard, is this apartment with a cozy terrace and wooded grounds all around. Beautiful views of the valley of the Jabron and Roubion and the mountains opposite. The landlord's nature house, located on the same property, is above the apartment. Two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, living room and kitchen and large terrace with separate dining table and chairs and masonry barbecue. WiFi is available everywhere. Heating with fireplace and electric at no extra cost. Cribs and chairs are available upon request. Smart TV and microwave. Heerlijk koel huisje met alles wat je nodig hebt. Het terras is besloten met uitzicht op de tuin. Om het hoekje is het zwembad dat groot genoeg is met een fijne temperatuur. Vanuit het huisje liep je zo het bos in om prachtig te wandelen. In de omgeving is genoeg te ontdekken (leuke dorpjes en zijn markten, restaurants, wandelingen en andere sportieve activiteiten). De eigenaar is een vriendelijke man die de omgeving kent en leuke tips heeft. Ook ik deel met de andere reviewers dat de foto's verouderd zijn en de plek mooier is dan op de foto's. Ook onze viervoeter heeft zich er goed vermaakt! Aanbevolen.

Huisje heeft onderhoud nodig. Heel goede douche.Keuken zonder deurtjes niet fijn. Zet n waterkoker neer. Alles functioneerd,maar op zn Frans. Omdat het onder woonhuis ligt ,en koel is. Kan het heel vochtig voelen. Zachte matras al aangekaart bij eigenaar,daar ging hij zeker wat mee doen. Eigenaar staat zeker open voor kritiek of probleempjes. Tussen 7&8 zou ik t cijfer willen geven. Buiten is t top( en daar ben je vaak) maar met regen niet...
Soort tuin van Eden. Enorme ruimte,zeer gevarieerde beplanting,veel flora & fauna. Ook de kleinste beestjes.heel erg rustig en stil. Onze hond( Franse bulldog) heeft tijd van zn leven gehad. 90.000m2....!
