Beautifully situated against the wooded slopes of the Châtelard is this completely detached nature house with a cozy terrace and wooded grounds all around. Beautiful views of the valley of the Jabron and Roubion and the mountains opposite. The landlord's nature house, which is on the same property, is a good distance away. Two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, living room and kitchen and large covered terrace with separate dining table and chairs and lounge area. WiFi is available everywhere. Heating with wood stove and electric at no extra cost. Cribs and chairs are available upon request. Smart TV and microwave. Beds consist of one double bed (140x190 centimeters) and one bunk bed (90x190 centimeters). Washing machine for common use. The grounds (94,000 M2) and swimming pool (60M2) are for common use. The pool is secured. Garden furniture, deck chairs, playground and trampoline available. Masonry barbecue for charcoal.
Nature and surroundings
From the nature house, located halfway between the cozy Dieulefit (known for many poteries) and the nougat town of Montelimar, you can walk directly into the wild. The grounds of over nine hectares run into free woodland with short- and long-distance hiking trails in a varied landscape. There are all amenities in La Begude de Mazenc three kilometers away, Dieulefit (15 kilometers) and Montelimar (16 kilometers). The Drôme Provençale is known for its varied landscape, Côte du Rhone wine, lavender and sunflower fields, Provencal markets, castles and medieval villages. You have shared use of the swimming pool with the landlord. A golf course is in Montboucher 12 kilometers away. In summer, all villages have many festivities organized. Tourist attractions are numerous: kayaking, horseback riding, climbing, cave visits, museums, etc. Too many to mention, Ask the owner for further advice.

Olivia July 2, 2022 General rating:Het huisje is basic en eerder op te frissen. Pluspunten: goed bed, muggengaas op de (hoofd)slaapkamer (wat een must is daar), goede douche en het keukentje is zeker voldoende uitgerust. Het terras, de tuin en het zwembad zijn heerlijk!
Nature, peace & environment:Fantastische ligging, ver van alle lawaai. George en zijn gezin zijn enorm gastvrij, zonder té aanwezig te zijn. Dankzij de ligging van het huisje (ietwat weg van het hoofdgebouw) is er zeker voldoende privacy.

Isolde July 17, 2021 General rating:Rustig en heel mooi gelegen huisje op een prachtig groot terrein met heerlijk zwembad. Het huisje is op zich eenvoudig en ontdaan van luxe, maar voorziet in alle basisbehoeften. De eigenaar is erg vriendelijk, attent en behulpzaam.
Nature, peace & environment:Prachtige omgeving met zonnebloem- en lavendelvelden, rust en natuur rondom rond en toch verschillende charmante dorpjes en stadjes in de nabije omgeving.

Martin July 13, 2019 General rating:Keurig onderhouden, alle faciliteiten, heerlijk schoon en lekker bronwater en zoals beschreven een wat klein bedje.
Nature, peace & environment:Prachtige rustige omgeving waar het wild, hertjes en vossen, zich zelfs nog op het mooi natuurlijk onderhouden terrein laten zien. Wandelen vanaf het terrein zo verder de natuur in. Heerlijk!
